What this site collects

tatirosk.com is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, has no user accounts and does not sell anything directly. When you browse it, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the technical information any web server needs to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser type, in line with its own privacy policy.

Visitor statistics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individual visitors across sites.

Quizzes and self-reflection tools

Any quiz or self-reflection tool on this site runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are not sent to anyone, not stored on any server and not saved on your device. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.

Audio and printable files

Audio files and printable PDFs are served from this site. Downloading or playing them does not require an email address or an account.

Links to other sites

Buy buttons link to Amazon stores, and some pages link to free tools and support organizations. Once you leave this site, the other site’s own privacy policy applies. This site does not use affiliate links. Book covers of the perimenopause series are currently displayed from Amazon’s image servers, which may receive your IP address when the image loads.
