About the author

Tati Rosk

Tati Rosk writes evidence-based self-help for women: books that take a hard, personal subject and explain it properly, with real science and practical steps.

Her rule is simple. Everything she writes is based on existing, published research, never invented. The studies and researchers are named so readers can check them, and every piece of science is explained with an everyday picture rather than jargon. Where the evidence is strong, she says so. Where it isn’t there yet, she says that too.

Tati is not a doctor or a therapist, and she doesn’t pretend to be. Her books are written to sit alongside professional help, or to bridge the wait for it, and they always explain where to find that help.

Why Never Enough

Never Enough for Either of Them is her most personal book. It exists because she knows the feeling from the inside: the capable daughter who held everything together and still heard “not enough”. She is a daughter in the work herself, not someone who claims to have finished it, and parts of her story appear in the book so readers know it was written by someone who has lived it. The book itself is about the reader, and what can help.

The Perimenopause Effect

Tati’s perimenopause series takes one change at a time, brain fog, anxiety and the body, and explains what is happening at the level of the body’s systems, with what the research says helps. The series is available in English, with German editions.
